  1. Sage Peachtree Complete Accounting Multi User

Peachtree Complete Accounting 2011 must be registered. After a few times of starting Peachtree, a Register Peachtree Accounting window appears. After installing Peachtree, to obtain a Registration Number and Customer ID, call 800-388-4697, 8:30am to 8:00pm, Monday–Friday, Eastern Time. To check that your software is registered, start Peachtree, open a company. From the menu bar, select Help, Peachtree Registration. If Peachtree is registered, the screen says 'You have previously registered the following serial numbers: xxxxxxxx.' (Substitute the x's for your serial number.)

Software Registration

Sign Up for Portal Account

Follow these steps to sign up for a portal account.

  1. Go online to Sign Up for a Portal User Account.

  2. The Sign up to the Portal window appears. Select I am a new Sage Customer. (Or, if you have an existing account, select I am an existing Sage Customer.)

  6. Log on with your email address and password.

Register your product online

After setting up a portal account (steps 1-6 above), register Peachtree Accounting 2011.

  1. If necessary log in to the Customer Portal at https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/portal/anonymous/login.

  2. Read the information in the Product Registration area.

  3. Click (2.0K). Click Product Registration [ (4.0K)].

  4. The Product Registration window appears. In the Product Family field, select Peachtree. In the Company Name field, select your name. Type your Serial Number. (The serial number is shown on a card included with the CD envelope, which is located on the inside front cover of the textbook.)
