With the recent removal of lazy aim out of Rust, using a crosshair overlay is actually effective again. A crosshair overlay is basically a permanant crosshair in the center of your screen, meaning you can shoot your gun more accurately without actually looking down your gun sights by pressing the right mouse button.

I know that they're classified as cheating, and people have been getting banned for it but a lot of people have monitors with an in-built function allowing you to use a crosshair overlay without any game ever detecting it. As well as that, it's also pretty easy to just put a piece of paper/tape right in the center of your monitor and use that as a crosshair.

What are you thoughts on crosshair overlays in Rust, after the recent removal of lazy aim, and do you use one?

I myself don't YET, a lot of people on the server that I play on have said that they do, and that its way easier to shoot using one.
